Life is great.
I love those late nights where my mother and I can’t sleep and we spend hours talking. Tonight was one of those nights. We made cinnamon rolls and coffee and talked about everything. I am extremely blessed, and no matter the trials that come our way we are and will always be close.
On another note, I have four days off from my second job. Which means I have time to catch up on some much needed rest. Yay! Thank you Jesus!
The highlight of my day was skyping with Julia! It was so good to talk and catch up with her. I am super excited for her and her RA position this year. I know she is going to do an awesome job.Well, that’s all folks.

Don’t build a wall, build a bridge.” -Marvin Sapp
This is definitely a powerful quote. Dwell on it….. -
A spiritual kingdom lies all about us, enclosing us, embracing us, altogether within reach of our inner selves, waiting for us to recognize it. God Himself is here waiting our response to His presence. This remain world will come alive to us the moment we begin to reckon upon its reality.

I have the most adorable God-son ever. I can’t believe he will be one soon.
Kingston Eli,
You are the most adorable little guy ever.
When I was first asked to be your God-Mother I was a little hesitant because its such a huge commitment. The past year you have taught me so much about myself. The love that I have for you is unexplainable. Always know that I am here for you. Know that I am always praying for you. Know that you have the coolest God-Mother ever.
I love you to life!

"Moving Forward"
This song has been the story of my life. From the back, to my rightful place. I have made so many mistakes in my life, but I have used them as a learning experience. My past is over. I am moving forward.
Lately, God has been doing some awesome things in my life. A lot of it I kept to myself because I just needed it to sink in. He never ceases to amaze me.
I know that I am anointed for this. I know that I am walking into my destiny. There were times where people in my life thought I was crazy, but because I remained faithful God is honoring my belief.
Prime Example:
My mother has been offered a new position in the government. A position that she doesn’t qualify for educationally. A position with a tremendous increase in salary.
God hears my prayers, and he knows my hearts. He is doing BIG things, and I can’t wait to see what’s next in the “Henry Household”.
He is doing it for me. AND I know He is doing it for you too.

Your Worship Is A MUST
Today has been an awesome day. I woke up this morning feeling good, actually feeling great. I woke up this morning, and immediately got on my knees. This is a posture that God has been placing me in a lot lately. After praying for an hour, which honestly only felt like ten minutes, I plugged in my iPad and began to worship. God began to speak to me, and minister to me through music.
He took me to this text:
“They were severely beaten, and then they were thrown into prison. The jailer was ordered to make sure they didn’t escape. So he took no chances but put them into the inner dungeon and clamped their feet in the stocks. Around midnight, Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening. Suddenly, there was a great earthquake, and the prison was shaken to its foundations. All the doors flew open, and the chains of every prisoner fell off!” (Acts 16:23-26).
This passage of scripture opened my eyes up so much. Our worship is a MUST. It is a vital part of our spiritual life. I think often times we as Christians forget how powerful our worship is. We forget what happens when we worship. I can remember growing up, and seeing the adults in my church screaming, jumping up and down, and crying out to the Lord. That’s true, pure, sincere worship.
Our worship manifest blessings and breakthroughs. Our worship moves mountains.
Today God reminded, that I am an image of Him. I possess an unspeakable power. It is time to stop “playing” church, and being the average Christian. He has given us power! It is up to us to use that power! Your worship is your token to “tap” into his supernatural blessings. Your worship will release you from bondage.Your worship will transform your life.
My ministry cannot be effective with NO POWER! God wants to work miracles. He wants the blind to walk into church, and because of His power walk out with sight. He wants those inflicted with cancer, diabetes, etc. to walk into church, and because of His power walk out cured. I know that this can happen. I believe that this can happen. I’ve seen it happen!
It is time for us to stop being average Christians. It is time for us to maximize our God given talent and live in His abundance. It’s time for me, and you to get it together.
Our worship is the key!
This revelation has definitely provoked me to be better and do better.
This is just the beginning!

I’m Wide Awake!
Currently, wide awake listening to Katy Perry’s “Wide Awake”. I heard this song for the first time today, and it made me think of my friend Ryan so I decided to let him know. He was so excited to hear from me, which made my day.
I have so many thoughts running through my mind.
Have you ever loved someone, who didn’t have that love for you in return? Or didn’t love you the way you loved them?
Weird, huh? Yes, it is. BUT, God’s love is always reciprocated, and that’s all that matters.
Any who, my life has been crazy lately. Work, work, work, and more stinking work. Lately, God has been reminding me that I have to make time for myself. I have been implementing that lately. I’ve been taking myself out on dates.Today I went and saw the Dark Knight Rises, which was one of the best movies that I’ve seen in a long time.
Well, that’s all for now folks!
